AOG Order definition

AOG Order means a Customer order for a part such that an Aircraft cannot fly in its current state without such part solely as a result of the part’s failure however, that the reason the part is not on hand is not due to Customer or the operator’s failure to promptly submit a RSA or any other cause within its reasonable control.
AOG Order means any Purchase Order for Spare Parts with such expedite notification as per WASG. Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties, the supplier response time as per WASG shall apply. For the avoidance of doubt, the delivery expectations as per WASG shall not apply.

  • The Expedite Service is operated in accordance with the "World Airline Supplier's Guide", and the Seller shall notify the Buyer of the action taken to satisfy the expedite within: - * hours after receipt of an AOG Order, - * hours after receipt of a Critical Order (imminent AOG or work stoppage), - * days after receipt of an Expedite Order from the Buyer.
