Any Other Money means Money (excluding Non-Negotiable Money and Money in Safe) a in the Insured's premises when open for business

Related to Any Other Money

  • Any one illness means continuous period of illness and includes relapse within 45 days from the date of last consultation with the Hospital/Nursing Home where treatment was taken.

  • Any Occupation means any occupation that you are or become reasonably fitted by training, education, experience, age, physical and mental capacity.

  • Performance has the meaning ascribed to it in the Copyright Act 98 of 1978, as amended from time to time, and the words “Perform” and “Performed” and “Performing” will have the same meaning

  • Obligee means the Person to whom an Obligor is indebted under a Contract.

  • Inducement means any fee, commission, or any non-monetary benefit provided by or to such an intermediary or undertaking in connection with the distribution of an insurance-based investment product, to or by any party except the customer involved in the transaction in question or a person acting on behalf of that customer;

  • Conviction of fraud or any other felony means any conviction for fraud or a felony in violation of state or Federal criminal statutes, whether entered on a verdict or plea, including a plea of nolo contendere, for which sentence has been imposed.

  • Primary Obligations shall have the meaning provided in Section 7.4(b) of this Agreement.

  • BREACH OF CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION means amongst others also the following:

  • Endorser means a person who makes an endorsement.

  • Related Parties means, with respect to any Person, such Person’s Affiliates and the partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, trustees, administrators, managers, advisors and representatives of such Person and of such Person’s Affiliates.

  • Impaired means, with respect to a Class of Claims or Interests, a Class of Claims or Interests that is impaired within the meaning of section 1124 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Self-sufficiency means, in relation to any Year, that the volume of Crude Oil and Crude Oil equivalent of Petroleum products exported from India during that Year either equals or exceeds the volume of Crude Oil and Crude Oil equivalent of Petroleum products imported into India during the same Year, as determined by Government.

  • Fiduciary has the meaning set forth in ERISA Section 3(21).

  • Torture means the intentional infliction of severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, upon a person in the custody or under the control of the accused; except that torture shall not include pain or suffering arising only from, inherent in or incidental to, lawful sanctions;

  • Assent means a child's affirmative agreement to participate in research. Mere failure to object should not, absent affirmative agreement, be construed as assent.

  • Sustained means - maintained continuously over a period of at least two school years. They will be able to demonstrate that their teaching expertise has grown over the relevant period and is consistently at least good.

  • Substantially relates means the nature of criminal conduct for which the person was convicted has a direct bearing on the fitness or ability to perform one or more of the duties or responsibilities necessarily related to the occupation; and

  • Nonissuer means not directly or indirectly for the benefit of the issuer.

  • Breach of the security of the system means unauthorized acquisition or acquisition without valid authorization of physical or computerized data which compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of personal information maintained by the district. Good faith acquisition of personal information by an officer or employee or agent of the district for the purposes of the district is not a breach of the security of the system, provided that the private information is not used or subject to unauthorized disclosure.

  • Company Related Party means the Company, its Subsidiaries and its affiliates and its and their respective affiliates’ stockholders, partners, members, officers, directors, employees, controlling persons, agents and representatives.

  • Neglect means the commission or omission of any of the acts specified below, other than by accidental means:

  • Integrity means that personal data should be accurate and suitable for the purpose for which it is processed.

  • Related Party means, with respect to the Sponsor, any direct or indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Sponsor or any other Person that owns, directly or indirectly, 100% of the outstanding voting securities of the Sponsor.

  • Breach of Contract means the failure of a Party to perform any of its obligations in accordance with this Contract, in whole or in part or in a timely or satisfactory manner. The institution of proceedings under any bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization or similar law, by or against Contractor, or the appointment of a receiver or similar officer for Contractor or any of its property, which is not vacated or fully stayed within 30 days after the institution of such proceeding, shall also constitute a breach. If Contractor is debarred or suspended under §24-109-105, C.R.S. at any time during the term of this Contract, then such debarment or suspension shall constitute a breach.

  • Incurring shall have meanings correlative to the foregoing).

  • the other party means, with respect to the Company, Parent and means, with respect to Parent, the Company.
