Antibodies definition

Antibodies means any antibody, or [***], that binds to an Antigen.
Antibodies shall include, without limitation, [*] (SGN14). Other forms of SGN 11 and SGN 12 shall be included in the term "Antibodies" only in the event that GNE exercises its opt-in right in accordance with the terms set forth in Section 5.5.
Antibodies means any monoclonal antibody [***], or fragment thereof, with a unique amino acid sequence that binds to a Research Antigen or Exclusive Antigen. By way of clarification, Antibodies with different amino acid sequences shall be deemed to be different Antibodies, irrespective of whether they bind to the same Research Antigen or Exclusive Antigen.

Antibodies means a monoclonal antibody or a derivative thereof identifiable by [***] with respect to Tissue Factor. For the purpose of the licenses granted to Genmab by SGI hereunder any Antibody when combined with [***] must specifically bind to Tissue Factor.
