Anti-Tiering or Anti-Steering definition

Anti-Tiering or Anti-Steering means any written or unwritten agreement between a Health Care Provider and a Health Plan that prohibits the Health Plan from placing the Health Care Provider in a tiered Health Plan product for the purpose of steering members to Health Care Providers based on objective price, access, and/or quality criteria determined by the Health Plan, or which requires that the Health Plan place the Health Care Provider in a particular tier in a tiered Health Plan product.

  • Investigational Medicinal Product means the study drug or control material as defined in the Protocol.
