Annualized Distribution Rate definition
Annualized Distribution Rate means the per share amount of all regular cash distributions paid to stockholders of the Fund, but excluding special cash distributions or the effect of any stock dividends paid by the Fund, as of the applicable period, expressed as a percentage of the Fund’s public offering price per share as of the relevant measurement date;
