Annualized Capital Expenditures definition

Annualized Capital Expenditures means for any relevant period commencing with April 1, 1997, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of capital expenditures for such period multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is 12 and the denominator of which is the number of calendar months which have elapsed since April 1, 1997.
Annualized Capital Expenditures means (i) as of March 31, 1997, Capital Expenditures for the fiscal quarter ending on such date, multiplied by four (4), and (ii) as of June 30, 1997 and as of the last day of any fiscal quarter thereafter, Capital Expenditures for the two (2) consecutive fiscal quarters ending on such date, multiplied by two (2).

Related to Annualized Capital Expenditures

  • Consolidated Capital Expenditures means, with reference to any period, the Capital Expenditures of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries calculated on a consolidated basis for such period.
