Annual Volumes definition

Annual Volumes means (i) the number of Prospect Contacts; and (ii) the number of Customer Contacts;
Annual Volumes shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.2(c).
Annual Volumes means the amounts of Products that Supplier is required to sell and deliver to MeadWestvaco, and MeadWestvaco is required to purchase, in each Calendar Year as described in Sections 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3.

More Definitions of Annual Volumes

Annual Volumes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1. 9 1.4 "APAR" shall mean a completed form entitled "Authorized Program Analysis Report," that is used by IBM to report suspected Code or documentation errors in a Licensed Program (including updates or enhancements thereto) and to request their investigation and correction.

Related to Annual Volumes

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e).

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Volume Commitment means the agreed upon Customer commitment to purchase, and may be described as an Annual Volume Commitment, Total Volume Commitment, Tiered Volume Commitment, or Subminimum Volume Commitment.

  • Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.

  • Supply Period means for a Supply Point, the period beginning on the Start Date and ending on the Termination Date;

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Runoff volume means the volume of water that runs off the land development project from a prescribed storm event.

  • Base Capacity Demand Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Demand Resources and Base Capacity Energy Efficiency Resources and the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Base Capacity Resources or Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Demand Resource Constraint is binding.
