Annual Scientific Engagement Plan means, subject to Section 2.2, a document prepared annually by Auxilium and submitted to the Joint Steering Committee for review and approval and which provides a comprehensive summary of the planned activities of Auxilium, in the Territory, with external physicians and communities about the Product and conditions associated with a deficiency or absence of endogenous testosterone for the applicable Year, including medical affairs activities, clinical studies, publication strategies, scientific conferences, patient advocacy group activities, advisory boards and consultancies, and grants and sponsorships. ** CERTAIN INFORMATION IN THIS EXHIBIT HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUEST.

  • Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Non-Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Research Agreement means a new written contract, grant or cooperative agreement entered into between a person and a college or research corporation for the performance of qualified research; however, all qualified research costs generating a rebate must be spent by the college or research corporation on qualified research undertaken according to a research agreement.

  • Safety Plan means a written document that has procedures, requirements, or standards related to safety which the pool staff shall follow. The safety plan shall include training and emergency response procedures.

  • Integrated Development Plan means a plan formulated and approved as envisaged in Section 25 of the Municipal Systems Act 2000, as amended.

  • Participating Clinical Laboratory means a Clinical Laboratory which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.
