Annual Report Date definition

Annual Report Date means the date on which the Note Issuance Trust is required to file its annual report pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Annual Report Date means, with respect to each Annual Report, the date so designated in Exhibit A hereto.

Annual Report Date means, for each Fiscal Year during the term hereof, that date that is nine(9) months after the end of the Issuer’s Fiscal Year; provided, that if the last day of the Issuer’s Fiscal Year changes, the Annual Report Date shall thereafter be nine (9) months after the last day of theIssuer’s Fiscal Year.
