Annual Rate Period definition

Annual Rate Period means the period beginning on, and including, the Conversion Date to the Annual Rate and ending on, and including, the day next preceding the second Interest Payment Date thereafter, and each successive twelve-month period (or portion thereof) thereafter until the day preceding the earlier of the Conversion to a different Interest Rate Mode or the maturity of the Bonds.
Annual Rate Period means the period beginning on, and including, any June 1 (or, if not a Business Day, on the next succeeding Business Day) and ending on, and including, the next May 31, except that in the event of Conversion to Annual Rate Bonds, the first "Annual Rate Period" means the period beginning on, and including, the Conversion Date and ending on, and including, the next succeeding May 31.
Annual Rate Period means, with respect to each Bond that bears interest at an Annual Rate, (a) the period from and including the effective date of any change to the Annual Rate Mode

Examples of Annual Rate Period in a sentence

  • Whenever the Interest Rate Mode for the Bonds is the Annual Rate, the Bonds will be subject to redemption at the option of the Issuer, upon the written direction of the Company, in whole or in part, at a redemption price of 100% of the principal amount thereof on the final Interest Payment Date for each Annual Rate Period.

  • The Guaranteed Interest Rate to be credited to the Guaranteed Interest Account during any Rate Period will be at a rate not less than the Minimum Annual Interest Rate in effect during such Annual Rate Period and the Minimum Annual Interest Rate in effect during any Annual Rate Period will not be less than the Agreement Minimum Interest Rate.

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means, for the initial Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the period commencing on September 20, 2018 and ending on and including December 19, 2018, and thereafter the period from and including the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Quarterly Floating Rate Period to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.

  • Annual Rate of Pay means, as of any date, an employee’s annualized base pay rate. An employee’s Annual Rate of Pay shall not include sales commissions or other similar payments or awards.

  • Initial Fixed Rate Period means the period commencing on the Issue Date and ending on and including June 30, 2020.

  • Minimum Rate Period means any Rate Period consisting of 7 Rate Period Days.

  • Five-year U.S. Treasury Rate means, as of any Reset Interest Determination Date, as applicable, (i) an interest rate (expressed as a decimal) determined to be the per annum rate equal to the arithmetic mean of the five most recent daily yields to maturity for U.S. Treasury securities with a maturity of five years from the next Reset Date and trading in the public securities markets or (ii) if there is no such published U.S. Treasury security with a maturity of five years from the next Reset Date and trading in the public securities markets, then the rate will be determined by interpolation between the arithmetic mean of the five most recent daily yields to maturity for each of the two series of U.S. Treasury securities trading in the public securities market, (A) one maturing as close as possible to, but earlier than, the Reset Date following the next succeeding Reset Interest Determination Date, and (B) the other maturing as close as possible to, but later than, the Reset Date following the next succeeding Reset Interest Determination Date, in each case as published in the most recent H.15. If the Five-year U.S. Treasury Rate cannot be determined pursuant to the methods described in clause (i) or (ii) above, then the Five-year U.S. Treasury Rate will be the same interest rate determined for the prior Reset Interest Determination Date or the same interest rate as the initial Interest Period, 5.875%, if prior to the First Call Date.

  • Initial Rate of Interest means the initial rate of interest per annum specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;

  • Annual Period means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Effective Date and, thereafter, on each anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Semi-Annual Period means each of: the period beginning on and including January 1 and ending on and including June 30; and the period beginning on and including July 1 and ending on and including December 31.

  • Non-Payment Period Rate means, initially, 200% of the applicable Reference Rate (or 275% of such rate if the Corporation has provided notification to the Auction Agent prior to the Auction establishing the Applicable Rate for any dividend pursuant to paragraph 2(f) hereof that net capital gains or other taxable income will be included in such dividend on shares of AMPS), provided that the Board of Directors of the Corporation shall have the authority to adjust, modify, alter or change from time to time the initial Non-Payment Period Rate if the Board of Directors of the Corporation determines and Moody's and S&P (and any Substitute Rating Agency in lieu of Moody's or S&P in the event either of such parties shall not rate the AMPS) advise the Corporation in writing that such adjustment, modification, alteration or change will not adversely affect their then-current ratings on the AMPS.

  • Initial Rate Cap With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan and the initial Adjustment Date therefor, a number of percentage points per annum that is set forth in the Mortgage Loan Schedule and in the related Mortgage Note, which is the maximum amount by which the Mortgage Interest Rate for such Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan may increase or decrease from the Mortgage Interest Rate in effect immediately prior to such Adjustment Date.

  • First Reset Period means the period from (and including) the First Reset Date until (but excluding) the Second Reset Date or, if no such Second Reset Date is specified in the applicable Final Terms, the Maturity Date;

  • Term Rate means the per annum interest rate with respect to Bonds in the Term Rate Mode determined pursuant to Section 2.09.
