Annual Milestones definition

Annual Milestones means the electricity savings that the LDC expects to achieve in a given year, as set out in the CDM Plan, that meet the eligibility criteria in section 2.3, provided on a Program-by-Program basis.
Annual Milestones means the forecasted electricity savings (kWh) and peak demand savings (kW) that a distributor hopes to achieve each year in order to meet its CDM Targets;
Annual Milestones means the milestones set forth in the Annual MAGI Research, Development and Technology Transfer Plan for each Contract Year.

Examples of Annual Milestones in a sentence

  • Such research milestone payments shall not exceed [*****] of the total costs of all research FTEs for each Year, as set forth under the column headed "Total Research FTEs" in Section 6.3 of the Joint Venture Agreement (the "Maximum Annual Milestones").

  • In the detailed table accompanying the Access Agreement we have also set Annual Milestones for each of the five years covered by the agreement.

  • In order to ensure the recruitment and retention of employees of the highest caliber, the MAGI Oversight Board shall recommend to the governing body of MAGI the terms of an incentive plan for its employees which may be in the form of cash, stock, or phantom equity arrangements and shall make annual awards to its employees based upon the achievement of specified performance criteria, which criteria shall include, but not be limited to, the Annual Milestones.

  • Subject to Section 10(f), (i) any such payments of Base Salary shall be made to the Executive on the Company’s normal payroll dates during the Section 10(d) Termination Benefits Period, and (ii) any such payments of the Guaranteed Bonus and Annual Milestones Bonuses shall be made to the Executive by the date that is no later than ninety (90) days following the Executive’s termination.

  • During the Term, the Board shall set up specific milestones to be achieved within each calendar year (“Annual Milestones”) and the amount of the Annual Bonus shall be payable upon the achievement of such Annual Milestones.
