Receivables in an amount equal to the product of the Yield Factor (initially 1.3%) and amounts charged by cardholders for goods and services and cash advances (the "Discount Receivables") will be allocated to the Certificates and treated as Finance Charge Receivables (Discount Receivables, together with the Periodic Finance Charges, Annual Membership Fees and Other Charges, the "Finance Charge Receivables").
Any Member whose membership has been terminated for either non-payment of Annual Membership Fees or by his or her voluntary resignation may have his or her membership reinstated upon paying to the Society the current year’s Annual Membership Fees, and following any policies governing the reinstatement of membership as specified by the Board of Directors from time to time.

If the Fee Schedule includes Annual Membership Fees, these fees are earned when assessed, are non-refundable, and are not subject to any pro rata rebate if the Account is terminated prior to expiration of the period for which the fees were assessed.
Purchases made and Annual Membership Fees charged when Pay Over Time is set to inactive will be added to your Pay In Full balance, which will be due in full each month.
You agree not to incur debt, including but not limited to Purchases, Cash Advances, Balance Transfers, INTEREST CHARGES, Late Payment fees, Annual Membership Fees, and other fees, to us on all Cards in an amount exceeding the overall credit limit.
You further agree that, except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our Web Site’s Terms of Use, you will not be eligible for a full or partial refund of your Initial Membership Fee and Annual Membership Fees as a result of your non-use of any of the Benefits of the Program.
In no event shall any of the covered parties’ liability for damages to a Member exceed the Initial and Annual Membership Fees paid by the Member during the 12 months immediately preceding the first event that is alleged to have caused the damages.
Any application fees, initial fees, Annual Membership Fees, assessments, other fees and/or penalties already paid shall not be refundable in such event, and all fees of such Member which may be accrued and unpaid as of such date shall remain due and payable.
