ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES. Fees are billable on a monthly basis at the rate of 1/12 of the annual fee. A charge is made for an account in the month that an account opens or closes.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES. (AMC) means the annual fees, as stipulated by ECARPL from time to time, payable by a Member towards utilities, upkeep, upgrade and maintenance of EAR/ENAR Membership and reservation services and such other services provided by ECARPL in connection with ECARM.
