Annual Hotel Year definition

Annual Hotel Year means the twelve months ending the Thirty-first day of May in any year.
Annual Hotel Year means the twelve months ending the 31st day of May in any year.

Related to Annual Hotel Year

  • Operating Year means the calendar year commencing January 1st of each year (including the calendar year within which the Commencement Date occurs) during the Term.

  • Annual Period means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Effective Date and, thereafter, on each anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Annual Operating Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 4.11.

  • Annual Operating Plan has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 15.3(b)(i).

  • Project Year means the 12 month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending 12 months thereafter and each successive 12 month period following thereafter;

  • Annual Operating Expenses for the Class means and will consist only of the following operating expenses of the Series for the Class that are, under generally accepted accounting principles, accruable and deductible from the Series’ assets with respect to the Class for the period involved: (i) investment advisory fees, if any; (ii) Rule 12b-1 distribution fees, if any; and (iii) custodian fees, shareholder servicing fees, administrative and office facilities expenses, professional fees, trustees’ fees and any other operating expenses of the Series with respect to the Class that are recorded or includable in the Series’ statement of operations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Notwithstanding the provisions of the immediately preceding sentence, the Series’ “Annual Operating Expenses” for the Class do not include “acquired fund expenses”, interest and dividends on securities sold short, amortization of organization expenses, taxes, brokerage commissions, litigation and indemnification expenses or any costs or expenses of or for the Series with respect to the Class that are “extraordinary” as determined under generally accepted accounting principles (see Accounting Principles Board Opinion No. 30). Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4 (Compensation of the Adviser) of the Agreement, the Adviser hereby waives compensation for services provided by it under the Agreement for the period beginning January 1, 2009 and ending April 30, 2010 (the “Period”), and/or agrees to reimburse expenses relating to the Period to the Series with respect to the Class in an amount, if any, necessary so that the Series’ “Annual Operating Expenses” for its R Class of shares (the “Class”) are not more than 1.84% of the Class’ average net assets for the Period. The Adviser hereby also waives compensation for services provided by it under the Agreement to the Series with respect to the Class, and/or agrees to reimburse expenses to the Series with respect to the Class for each subsequent annual period through the annual period ending April 30, 2019 (but not for any annual period thereafter) in an amount, if any, necessary so that the Series’ Annual Operating Expenses for the Class are not more than 1.99% of the Class’ average net assets for such annual period. The Adviser’s obligations to reimburse the Series with respect to the Class hereunder will not apply for any period when the Adviser is not rendering services to such Series under the Agreement.

  • Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.

  • Annual Plan means the annual plan of the Trust which is prepared in accordance with clause 8.1;

  • Current state fiscal year means the state fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.

  • Planning Period Balance means the entire period of time remaining in the Planning Period following the month that a monthly auction is conducted.

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

  • School fiscal year means a fiscal year that commences July 1 and continues through June 30.

  • Annual Fixed Rent See Exhibit A, and Section 3.1.

  • Annual Budget means the operating budget, including all planned capital expenditures, for the Property prepared by Borrower for the applicable Fiscal Year or other period.

  • Academy Financial Year means the year from 1st September to 31st August or such other period as the Secretary of State may from time to time specify by notice in writing to the Academy Trust;

  • First Year means the intake group of Students for the most junior class or year in a school.

  • State Fiscal Year means the period beginning September 1 and ending August 31 each year, which is the annual accounting period for the State of Texas.

  • Annual Base Rent means the business’s annual lease payment minus taxes, insurance and operating or maintenance expenses.

  • Franchise Fee means a direct or indirect payment to purchase or operate a franchise. Franchise fee does not include any of the following:

  • Planning Period Quarter means any of the following three month periods in the Planning Period: June, July and August; September, October and November; December, January and February; or March, April and May.

  • Calendar Year means each successive period of twelve (12) months commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31.

  • Grant Year has the same meaning as in subclause 1(1) of Schedule 1 of HESA; ‘HESA’ means the Higher Education Support Xxx 0000; ‘maximum basic grant amount’ or ‘MBGA’ has the same meaning as in subclause 1(1) of Schedule 1 of HESA.

  • Annual Work Plan means each annual work plan, together with the related budget, for the Project approved by the Association pursuant to the provisions of Section I.B.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Service Year means fiscal year, except that:

  • Approved Annual Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.11(d) hereof.

  • Three-Year Period means, with respect to a Restatement, the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the date that the Board, a committee of the Board, or the officer or officers of the Company authorized to take such action if Board action is not required, concludes, or reasonably should have concluded, that the Company is required to prepare such Restatement, or, if earlier, the date on which a court, regulator or other legally authorized body directs the Company to prepare such Restatement. The “Three-Year Period” also includes any transition period (that results from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following the three completed fiscal years identified in the preceding sentence. However, a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine to 12 months shall be deemed a completed fiscal year.
