NHS England will pay the Delegated Funds to the ICB monthly using the same revenue transfer process as used for the Annual Allocation or using such other process as notified to the ICB from time to time.
For the avoidance of doubt, the determination of the Services Fee and any future adjustment thereto does not and will not include charges included under the Annual Allocation Expense (as such term is defined in the Facilities Sharing Agreement) payable by SplitCo under the Facilities Sharing Agreement.
If the cost of any service to be provided to SplitCo under the Services Agreement is included in the Annual Allocation Expense payable hereunder, then the cost of such service shall not also be payable by SplitCo under the Services Agreement.
This Annual Allocation is in lieu of the Annual Allocation in the paragraph above.
The Annual Allocation in any Funding Year will be up to the amount set out in the updated Table of Annual Allocations, pursuant to section D1.2 (Province’s Review and Approval of Annual Declaration of OMCC Participation), for that Funding Year.
