  • Use of the reporting format attached as Annex VII of the Grant Agreement is compulsory.

  • Within 7 days of the receipt of such notice, the FAO Contract Manager shall either issue a Certificate of Completion of Works, stating the date on which the Works were so completed, or give the Contractor instructions in writing stating all Works which, in the opinion of the FAO Contract Manager, have to be completed by the Contractor before the issuance of such Certificate, according to the conditions set forth in Annex VII: “Draft Certificate of Completion of Works”.

  • For this purpose, a review shall be undertaken of, in particular but not exclusively, the customs duties applicable to products listed in Annex II, list 5, Annex III, lists 5 and 6, Annex IV, lists 5, 6 and 7, Annex V, lists 1, 2, 3 and 4, Annex VI, lists 4 and 5 and Annex VII.
