Combination Components definition

Combination Components shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.33.
Combination Components means when a Product is sold in combination with other pharmaceutical products, diagnostic products, or active ingredients. It shall not be considered as Combination Components non active ingredients used for formulation or delivery.
Combination Components has the meaning set forth in the definition of Net Sales.

Related to Combination Components

  • Combination Products means COBI Combination Products, EVG Combination Products, TDF Combination Products, TAF Combination Products and Quad Product.

  • Components means articles, materials, and supplies incorporated directly into end products at any level of manufacture, fabrication, or assembly by the Contractor or any subcontractor.

  • Combination carrier means a ship designed to carry either oil or solid cargoes in bulk.

  • Combination means any one of the available combinations and recombinations of Exchangeable Notes to be exchanged for RCR Notes and RCR Notes to be exchanged for other RCR Notes, and vice versa, shown in Exhibit G-1 hereto.

  • Combination Product means a product (a) containing a Licensed Product together with one or more other active ingredients, or (b) with one or more products, devices, pieces of equipment or components, but sold for an integrated price (e.g., with the purchase of one product the customer gets a coupon for the other) or for a single price.
