Animals and Pets. 10.1. Not to keep any animals or birds (whether domestic or otherwise) in or on the Premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord or the Agent which will not be unreasonably withheld but may be withdrawn upon giving reasonable notice.

7.5.3 You must not mistreat your animal, bird or reptile.
7.5.4 Permission will not normally be given to keep a dog (other than a guide or hearing dog) if the property is a flat or maisonette without the sole use of, and direct access to, a garden.
7.5.5 You must not keep a dog or cat in a sheltered scheme property unless you have exclusive use of a garden and your own front door onto the street. Permission may still be granted if there is a need for a guide or hearing dog, and you don’t have your own front door.
7.5.6 There are some sheltered schemes where permission for pets will not be granted.
7.5.7 You must obtain our permission if you wish to breed animals at the property.
7.5.8 You must not allow your pets to foul in the communal areas of the property or on roads or footpaths or in play areas in the local area. You must remove and dispose of faeces hygienically from your garden and any communal areas.
7.5.9 You must not allow your dog(s) to cause injury to any person, animal or pet.
7.5.10 If you are in breach of any the clauses in accordance to the keeping of animals or pets we may ask you to permanently remove from the home, any animal or pet. We will give reasonable notice to you giving our reasons for the withdrawal of permission.

Animals and Pets. 8.10.1 Not to keep any domestic animals or birds in the Premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed, or withdrawn. At the end of the Tenancy, the Tenant agrees to have the Premises cleaned to a standard commensurate with the condition of the property at the commencement of the Tenancy.
8.10.2 Where such consent is given, the Tenant will pay to the Agent a fee to amend this Agreement in accordance with the Agent’s published scale of fees.
Animals and Pets. Pets and other animals are prohibited in the residence halls or Arlington Park Apartments except as approved by or registered with the University’s Disability Resource Centers as Service Animals or Emotional Support Animals, or by specific written agreement through the Pet Friendly Residential Connection. Further details regarding allowed pets and animals requiring approval may be found in the Housing & Residential Education Handbook. Unapproved pets and animals will result in an automatic charge of $250 plus the amount required to repair any damage and/or for cleaning charges. All charges will be billed to the student’s account.

You may keep small caged animals (but not dangerous or forbidden species) with prior written permission from Get Living London as long as the animal does not cause unreasonable nuisance or annoyance to any owner or occupier of any other property in the block, plot or neighbourhood. If it does, we may give you written notice to remove the animal immediately. If Get Living London do give permission, we reserve the right to require you to pay a deposit to cover any possible damage the animal may cause.
b. You must not keep any cats or dogs, other than a registered assistance dog with prior written permission from Get Living London. If you are given permission we may add reasonable restrictions in the interests of the comfort, safety and convenience of other owners or occupiers of any other premises in the block, plot or neighbourhood.
Animals and Pets. Tenant agrees to be bound by all provisions of the Landlord’s Chapter House Rules, and the Constitution, By-laws, and House Rules of the Beta-Chi Chapter of Kappa Sigma governing pets. No pets of any kind shall be kept anywhere on the premises except for one “house dog.” The “house dog” shall be kept by one member approved by the Chapter and kept in a designated room. This paragraph notwithstanding, licensed service dogs shall be permitted on the premises if such licensed service dogs are needed by Tenant or Tenant’s invitees.
Animals and Pets. Please make sure that the members of your party know that no animals or pets of any kind, except assistance dogs, are permitted on University premises.
