Animal grooming means any place or establishment, public or private, where animals are bathed, clipped, or combed for the purpose of enhancing their aesthetic value or health and for which a fee is charged.
Animal grooming means the provision of bathing and trimming services for animals or pets on a commercial basis. These uses include boarding of domestic animals for a maximum period of forty-eight (48) hours.
