his or her Deputy. \u201cCommercial Truck\u201d means a vehicle having a gross vehicle weight in excess of 5500 kilograms, an overall height in excess of 2.4 meters or an overall length exceeding 7 meters, and does not include recreational vehicles, buses, Tour Buses, farm vehicles, vehicles of the District or vehicles engaged in public works on behalf of the District, or Emergency Vehicles. \u201cCouncil\u201d means the Municipal Council of the District. \u201cDisabled Persons\u2019 Parking Permit\u201d means a parking permit issued to a Disabled Person pursuant to this bylaw and the Regulations. \u201cDisabled Person\u201d means a person whose mobility is limited as a result of a permanent or temporary disability that makes it impossible or difficult to walk. \u201cDisabled
