ANEX Plan definition

ANEX Plan means the portion of the Crestar Financial Corporation Additional Nonqualified Executive Plan that provides “Defined-benefit Benefit Entitlements” (as such term is defined therein), as amended from time to time, and any successor thereto.

  • Effective July 1, 1999, the Crestar Additional Nonqualified Executive Plan (the “ANEX Plan”), a deferral plan similar to the 401(k) Excess Plan, was merged into the 401(k) Excess Plan and the existing account balances attributable to both the 401(k) Excess Plan and the ANEX Plan as of June 30, 1999, were frozen as to future contributions and renamed the “Excess Plan Frozen Balance” and the “ANEX Frozen Balance,” respectively.

  • If the Participant elects an optional form of payment under this Section 3.05, any contingent annuitant or beneficiary designated in connection with that election need not be the same as any contingent annuitant or beneficiary designated under the Retirement Plan, the Excess Plan, the ANEX Plan or any other plan providing a benefit that is part of the Offset Amount.

  • The Company shall pay to Executive an amount equal to three times the annual matching contribution under the Thrift and Profit Sharing Plan and ANEX Plan (or any successor or replacement plan, as applicable), assuming the same matching contribution rate and the same percentage deferral by Executive under each such Plan as in effect immediately prior to the Control Change Date or the Date of Termination, whichever date produces the higher amount.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Corporation shall have no obligation to pay any benefits for ANEX Plan Frozen Balances to the extent that any assets are held in the Crestar Bank Selected Executive Plans Trust.

  • DSU Plan means the Deferred Share Unit Plan of the Corporation.

  • Separation Plan means the Company’s Separation Plan Amended and Restated Effective August 13, 2006, as may be amended from time to time or any successor plan, program, arrangement or agreement thereto.

  • HACCP plan means a written document that delineates the formal procedures for following the hazard analysis and critical control point principles developed by the National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods.

  • Savings Plan or "plans" means a plan that provides different investment strategies and allows account distributions for qualified higher education expenses.

  • Buyer 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(h).

  • Seller 401(k) Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(i).

  • Parent Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 7.8(b).

  • Business Continuity Plan means any plan prepared pursuant to clause H5.6, as may be amended from time to time.

  • BCDR Plan means the plan consisting of general business continuity and disaster recovery principles, the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan as further described in paragraph 1.2 of Schedule 2- 14.

  • RSU Plan means the restricted share unit plan for senior officers, employees and consultants adopted in November of 2008 by Jaguar, as amended from time to time;

  • Parent 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(e).

  • Company Stock Option Plan means each stock option plan, stock award plan, stock appreciation right plan, phantom stock plan, stock option, other equity or equity-based compensation plan, equity or other equity based award to any employee, whether payable in cash, shares or otherwise (to the extent not issued pursuant to any of the foregoing plans), or other plan or contract of any nature with any employee pursuant to which any stock, option, warrant or other right to purchase or acquire capital stock of the Company or right to payment based on the value of Company capital stock has been granted or otherwise issued.
