Ancillary Services Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.a(iv). Applicable Legal Authorities means those federal and Illinois statutes and administrative rules, orders and regulations that govern the electric utility industry in Illinois. Asset Owner has the meaning ascribed to such term in the MISO Business Practices Manual for Energy Markets.
