ancillary employee definition
ancillary employee means an employee represented by the Association in paragraph 2.0100 who is not required to hold a teaching certificate/permit to be employed. Presently (February 2014), these positions include counselor, school social worker, speech therapists, and school psychologists. If the employee is covered by the Teacher Tenure Act, the employee is not an ancillary employee.
