Anchor Tenancy definition

Anchor Tenancy means the display of the Uproar Content on the TI Sites via the minimum of the following: a) links to the Uproar Content in the form of a preferred partner TI Site channel for Uproar above the scroll fold on the front page and all other pages upon which the channels are listed; b) a text link underneath any 'games' links from any page on the TI Sites in which Uproar has the right to insert varying promotional texts to the Uproar Content; c) a 120 x 60 pixel graphic linking to the Uproar Content from the front page of the TI Sites; d) Uproar Content hotlink and promotional area equivalent to one third of the area, above the scroll fold, upon the front pages of the TI Sites' games and/or light entertainment channels; and e) banner ads upon the TI Sites promoting the Uproar Content in amounts equal to or greater than the average provided to the TI Site's other Channel partners.
Anchor Tenancy means an arrangement in which the United States Government agrees to procure sufficient quantities of a commercial space product or service needed to meet Government mission requirements so that a commercial venture is made viable.

  • Anchor Tenancy shall entitle FLOWERS to placement that is no less prominent and favorable in size and position on the screen than any other third party with an Anchor Tenancy on such main screen.

  • As part of the consideration for this Agreement, ----------------- AOLB and Itau are providing each other with certain in-kind consideration in connection with the following activities: (a) AOLB is providing Itau with distribution and carriage, including with regard to the Special Edition Finance Channel, the Co-Branded Service and the Anchor Tenancy granted to Itau and (b) Itau is providing AOLB with certain brand co-marketing and promotion.

  • If Snap reasonably objects to the placement due to a conflict in a pending "network wide" Anchor Tenancy (in the same category) that will include exclusive or most prominent placement on the SnapTV Site as well (a "Anchor Tenancy Contract"), and Snap passes on the investment, or Snap is not invited to participate in the investment, then the Company will have the right to place such Company Affiliate's Promotion on the SnapTV Site exclusively or on a most prominent basis for a period of 90 days.

  • In the event that AOL or ICP elects to remove the Lifestyles channel Anchor Tenant Button, as set forth in Section 1.1(d), AOL will refund (or deduct from future carriage payments) a pro rata portion of the carriage payment associated with such Anchor Tenancy, based on a monthly carriage payment of $103,333 for the first year of the Term and a monthly carriage payment of $136,400 for the second year of the Term.

  • However, if Snap does not enter into such an Anchor Tenancy Contract during that 90-day period, the Company shall have the right to keep the Promotions for such Company Affiliate on the SnapTV Site.

  • HealthGate acknowledges the Self Care Agreement attached hereto as EXHIBIT A providing Self Care with a Commerce Anchor Tenancy (as such term is defined in Section 2.2 the Self Care Agreement) and agrees that such Commerce Anchor Tenancy does not conflict in any manner with the rights granted to HealthGate in the HealthGate Agreement.

  • If Snap enters into such an Anchor Tenancy Contract that includes SnapTV Site, the Company will remove the Promotions for such Company Affiliate.

  • Without limiting any other rights or remedies available to AOL, AOL's Anchor Tenancy and Impressions commitments specified in Sections 1.1 and 1.6 herein are and will be contingent, upon provision by ICP of the ICP In-Kind Commitments in accordance with EXHIBIT E AND EXHIBIT E-1.

  • In the absence of such renewal or resale within 90 days after the expiration of such Anchor Tenancy Contract, the Company may then include the Promotions for such Company Affiliate on the SnapTV Site.

  • Self Care acknowledges the HealthGate Agreement attached hereto as EXHIBIT B providing HealthGate with a Content Anchor Tenancy (as such term is defined in the amended Section 2.2 HealthGate Agreement) and agrees that such Content Anchor Tenancy does not conflict in any manner with the rights granted to Self Care in the Self Care Agreement.
