Analytical Medical Systems definition

Analytical Medical Systems means those certain home health information systems created, modified, enhanced or developed by Seller and its Subsidiaries, including the existing character-based products, as well as the "windows" products, known commonly as Analytical Medical Systems "AMS", the functions of which are described on Schedule 4.24.

  • Emergency medical services or “EMS” means an integrated medical care delivery system to provide emergency and nonemergency medical care at the scene or during out-of-hospital patient transportation in an ambulance.
