Analytical Data means the recorded qualitative and/or quantita- tive results of a chemical, physical, biological, microbiological, ra- diochemical, or other scientific determination.

Analytical Data means: (a) a formal report from a chemical analysis laboratory; or (b) appropriate chemical instrument print outs from a chemical instrument that have appropriate controls, standards, and written instrumental operating parameters and conditions. Analytical Data means the system-generated index and analytical data produced with the Software.
