Analytical Data definition

Analytical Data means underlying personal data contained within the information which is provided to S&P Global Ratings for the purposes of the provision of the Services, such as the personal data of individuals who have financial products in place which are relevant to the issuing of a rating;
Analytical Data means the recorded qualitative and/or quantita- tive results of a chemical, physical, biological, microbiological, ra- diochemical, or other scientific determination.
Analytical Data means: (a) a formal report from a chemical analysis laboratory; or (b) appropriate chemical instrument print outs from a chemical instrument that have appropriate controls, standards, and written instrumental operating parameters and conditions. Technical judgment or experience is not considered analytical data.

  • Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting insightsoftware from utilizing Analytical Data to optimize and improve the Services or otherwise operate insightsoftware’s business; provided that insightsoftware shall not disclose the identity of Customer or any Authorized User to any third party unless such third party is subject to binding obligations of confidentiality.

  • As between insightsoftware and Customer, all right, title and interest in the Analytical Data and all intellectual property rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by insightsoftware.

  • All Postmedia Analytical Data provided by Postmedia to Mogo under this Agreement shall be provided on a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, non-exclusive and royalty free basis.

  • Unless otherwise stated in the Service Order and/or SOW, HireVue may use Analytical Data in connection with developing, enhancing, maintaining, supporting, and providing the Platform generally, provided that HireVue may not disclose Buyer Data to any third party in raw form, or disclose any personal information regarding Authorized Users or End Users, or identify Buyer, Authorized Users or End Users on an individual basis as the source of such Analytical Data.


More Definitions of Analytical Data

Analytical Data means the system-generated index and analytical data produced with the Software.
