AMS Fee definition

AMS Fee the AMS fee is 20% of the price of the supported Software. For renewal periods CSS may increase the amount of the immediately preceding annual fee by a percentage not to exceed the Consumer Price Index (CPI), as published by the U.S. Department of Labor.
