Moneys held for the credit of a Series Reserve Account shall be used for the purpose of paying interest or principal or Amortization Installment or Maturity Amount on the Bonds of the related Series whenever amounts on deposit in the Series Debt Service Account shall be insufficient for such purpose.
The applicable Redemption Price (or principal amount of maturing Term Bonds) of any Term Bonds so purchased or redeemed shall be deemed to constitute part of the Bond Amortization Account until such Amortization Installment date, for the purposes of calculating the amount of such Account.
If Term Bonds are so purchased by the City, upon submission of such Term Bonds to the Trustee, the Trustee shall credit or if the Trustee has purchased such Term Bonds, the Trustee shall credit the account of such purchased Term Bonds against any current Amortization Installment to be paid by the City.
If the City shall purchase or call for redemption in any year Term Bonds in excess of the Amortization Installment requirement for such year, such excess of Term Bonds so purchased or redeemed shall be credited in such manner and at such times as the City shall determine.
