Amigo means Supermercados Amigo, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns; its joint ventures, subsidiaries, divisions, groups, and affiliates controlled by Supermercados Amigo, Inc. and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.
