Americas Region. EXCEPT WITH RESPECT TO A PARTY’S INDEMNITY OBLIGATIONS PROVIDED FOR IN THIS AGREEMENT, OR A BREACH OF OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT TO VERINT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO EACH PARTY’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.   • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;
