American Depositary Receipt definition

American Depositary Receipt or "Receipt" means a receipt issued pursuant to this Deposit Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto evidencing American Depositary Shares representing Deposited Securities.
American Depositary Receipt means a negotiable United States security that represents a non-United States company’s publicly traded equity.
