Amenities Property definition

Amenities Property means the following:
Amenities Property means (a) the real property designated in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, which may be increased or decreased in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof, upon which the Amenities Facilities shall exist, and (b) any real property for which use rights have been granted to Amenities Owner pursuant to easement or other instrument. Unless specifically provided otherwise or the context requires the meaning of Amenities Property to mean only the unimproved land, the Amenities Property shall be deemed to include all Amenities Facilities constructed thereon which constitute the Amenities.
Amenities Property means, collectively, (a) the commercial condominium units in the condominium project established by a Declaration of Condominium recorded May 2, 1989 in City Register of New York County in Reel 1568 Page 2399 (being, respectively, Tax Lot Nos. 1001, 1002 and 1003 of Block 1040 of Section 4 on the Tax Map of the City of New York) and (b) the parcels of land, together with the improvements located thereon, known as Tax Lots Nos. 50 and 8001 of Block 1040 of Section 4 on the Tax Map of the City of New York.

  • The Amenities, Amenities Property and Amenities Facilities are non-smoking facilities.

  • Association is not responsible for any loss or damage to any private property used or stored on the Common Areas, including the Amenities Facilities or Amenities Property.

  • The provisions of this Section 9.14 shall not be amended without the prior written consent of (a) as to the Property, Declarant for long as Declarant owns any portion of the Property, and (b) as to the Amenities Property, the Amenities Owner.

  • Declarant has identified areas for use by all utilities for the construction and maintenance of their respective facilities servicing the Property and the Amenities Property, and Declarant hereby grants to such utilities, jointly and severally, easements for such purpose.

Related to Amenities Property

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Adjoining Property means all sidewalks, driveways, curbs, gores and vault spaces adjoining any of the Leased Premises.

  • Mixed-use property means an eligible property that includes three or more residential units and may also contain a commercial property component in the same building.

  • Tenant’s Property means Tenant's movable fixtures and movable partitions, telephone and other equipment, furniture, furnishings, decorations and other items of personal property.

  • Fixtures means those leasehold improvements, additions, alterations and installations constituting all or a part of Bank Premises and which were acquired, added, built, installed or purchased at the expense of the Failed Bank, regardless of the holder of legal title thereto as of Bank Closing.

  • Property means any interest in any kind of property or asset, whether real, personal or mixed, or tangible or intangible.
