Amendments; Entire Agreement. This Agreement may be amended only by written agreement of the parties. This Agreement, together with the Formation and Separation Agreement, supersedes all prior discussions and written and oral agreements and constitutes the sole and entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Amendments; Entire Agreement. This Agreement may not be modified, amended, altered or supplemented, except upon the execution and delivery of a written agreement executed by Anoteros, or and its successors or assigns. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, oral or written, with respect to such transactions.
Amendments; Entire Agreement. This Agreement is subject to modification only by a writing signed by the parties. To the extent any provision of this Agreement conflicts with any provision of the Notes, the provision giving Pledgees greater rights or remedies shall govern, it being understood that the purpose of this Agreement is to add to, and not detract from, the rights granted to Pledgees under the Notes. This Agreement and the other Transaction Documents constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.
Amendments; Entire Agreement. No provision of this Agreement may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by the party against which enforcement of the change, waiver, discharge or termination is sought, and no amendment of this Agreement shall be effective until approved by vote of the holders of a majority of the Fund’s outstanding voting securities. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes any prior agreement or understanding, whether written or oral.
Amendments; Entire Agreement. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by a writing executed by all of the parties hereto. This Agreement, including any addenda hereto, constitutes the entire agreement between Executive and the Company relating in any way to the employment of Executive by the Company, and supersedes all prior discussions, understandings and employment agreements between them with respect thereto.
Amendments; Entire Agreement. This Agreement (i) constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and (ii) supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements (whether written or oral and whether express or implied) between the Parties to the extent related to the subject matter of this Agreement. No amendment of any provision of this Agreement will be valid unless the amendment is in writing and signed by Employer and Employee. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the obligations under this Agreement with respect to any termination of employment of Employee, for whatever reason, supersede any severance or related obligations of Employer in any policy, plan or practice of Employer or any agreement between Employee and Employer.
Amendments; Entire Agreement. No modification, amendment, or waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be effective unless such modification, amendment, or waiver is in writing specifically referring hereto, and signed by the parties hereto. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between Executive and the Company, except previously-executed LTIP-related agreements between Executive and the Company.
Amendments; Entire Agreement. This Agreement may not be amended or modified orally, and no provision hereof may be waived, except in a writing signed by the parties hereto. This Agreement and the New Option Plan and, to the extent expressly provided herein, the Severance Agreement (as modified herein), contain the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, written and oral, between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and the New Option Plan, including without limitation the Prior Employment Agreement.

To the extent that any provision of this Agreement conflicts with any provision of the Purchase Agreement or the Convertible Debentures, the provision giving Pledgees greater rights or remedies shall govern, it being understood that the purpose of this Agreement is to add to, and not detract from, the rights granted to Pledgees under the Purchase Agreement and the Convertible Debentures. This Agreement, the Purchase Agreement, the Convertible Debentures and the other Transaction Documents constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.
Amendments; Entire Agreement. This Lease contains the entire agreement between the Parties and is intended by the Parties to set forth their entire agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof, and any agreement hereafter made shall be ineffective to change, modify or discharge this Lease, in whole or in part, unless such agreement is in writing and signed by both parties to this Lease. Landlord and Tenant agree that all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements between or amongst themselves or their agents are merged in or revoked by this Lease. The individuals signing this Lease, by signing this Lease, individually represent and warrant that they have the authority to sign this Lease on behalf of the Party for whom they are signing and to bind such Party to the terms and conditions of this Lease. In no event shall any member, shareholder, officer or director of either Landlord or Tenant have any personal liability under this Lease. Words of any gender in this Lease shall be held to include any other gender and words in the singular number shall be held to include the plural as the sentence requires; and visa-versa.
