Amendment No. 13 definition

Amendment No. 13 means the Thirteenth Amendment to Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of November 3, 2016, by and among Agent, Borrowers, Corporate Guarantors, Parent Guarantor and Lenders, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

Amendment No. 13 means that certain Amendment No. 13, dated as of the date of the Amendment No. 13 Effective Date, by and among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto, and acknowledged and agreed by the Guarantors.
