Amended Security Agreement means the Security Agreement, as amended by the Security Agreement

Amended Security Agreement has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Preamble.

Amended Security Agreement. The Second Amended and Restated Security Agreement dated of even date herewith between Lessor and Lessee, as may be amended or supplemented from time to time, which agreement amends and restates the Existing Security Agreement.

Amended Security Agreement means those certain Amended and Restated Security Pledge Agreements and Amended and Restated Second Lien Security Pledge Agreements executed and delivered by Pledgors in conjunction with execution of this Agreement.
