Amended Price definition

Amended Price means $89.23/MWh, which is the price identified in Resolution E- 4770.
Amended Price means the lesser of the Contract Price set forth in Section C of the Cover Sheet and $89.23/MWh with $89.23/MWh being the price identified in Resolution E-4770.

Related to Amended Price

  • Specified Price has the meaning given in clause 3.3(b)(ii);

  • Exchange Price means as of any date, $1,000, divided by the Exchange Rate as of such date.

  • Net Price means the current price listed in the supplier’s effective price list or catalog, less any applicable trade or cash discount.

  • Reference Price means the Reference Price of the Underlying as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Catalog price means a price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that is regularly maintained by the manufacturer or vendor, is either published or otherwise available for inspection by customers, and states prices at which sales are currently, or were last, made to a significant number of buyers constituting the general public; and
