Marketing Agreement means an agreement entered into, with the director, by producers, distributors, processors, or handlers pursuant to this act and binding only on those signing the agreement.

Assistance Agreement means a for- mal, written agreement between the CDFI Fund and an Awardee which specifies the terms and conditions of assistance under this part;

Alliance Agreement has the meaning given to such term in paragraph 11.2 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives);

Hotel Management Agreement means any hotel management agreement relating to the management and operation of the Real Property together with all supplements, amendments and modifications thereto.

Technology License Agreement means the agreement in the form of Exhibit H hereto.
Development Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Amended and Restated Registration Rights Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Implementation Agreement means the Implementation Agreement dated ……… by and between the GOB, PGCB and the Company in connection with the Project, and also includes any amendment of it made from time to time;
Technology Transfer Agreement has the meaning given in Section 2.2(e).
Network Operating Agreement means an executed agreement that contains the terms and conditions under which the Network Customer shall operate its facilities and the technical and operational matters associated with the implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Corporate Services Agreement means the Corporate Services Agreement dated as of the date hereof between the Borrower and the Services Provider, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
Governance Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Licensing Agreement means a commercial agreement between a design approval holder and a production approval holder (or applicant) formalizing the rights and duties of both parties to use the design data for the purpose of manufacturing the product or article.
New Management Agreement means the management agreement to be entered into between Buyer and the Manager for the operation and management of the Hotel on and after the Closing Date.
