AMC Period definition
AMC Period means a period of (24) months commencing from the immediate next month after the completion of the Warranty Period as per the terms of the Principal Agreement.
AMC Period means in respect of each Supply Agreement, the period beginning on the date on which any instalment of the AMC-Funded Price is first payable to an AMC-Eligible Manufacturer and
