Ambulatory Surgery Center definition

Ambulatory Surgery Center means a facility licensed pursuant to Chapter 395, Florida Statutes, the primary purpose of which is to provide surgical care to a patient admitted to, and discharged from, such facility within 24 hours.
Ambulatory Surgery Center means a distinct entity that operates exclusively for the purpose of providing surgical services to patients not requiring Hospitalization.‌‌
Ambulatory Surgery Center means a health care facility that accepts federal funding in accordance with 42 CFR 416 of the federal register for health care finance and where 4 or more individuals that undergo a surgical procedure for which federal reimbursement is based.

Ambulatory Surgery Center or "ASC" means:¶
Ambulatory Surgery Center means an establishment with medical staff primarily engaged in providing outpatient medical, diagnostic and surgical treatment services.
Ambulatory Surgery Center. (“ASC”) means WELLSPAN SURGERY CENTER - HANOVER and/or WELLSPAN SURGICAL CENTER.
