Ambient Conditions definition

Ambient Conditions means reductions in capacity due to that status of, or variations in, Site Host Load or ambient weather conditions.

Ambient Conditions has the meaning set forth in paragraph (a), Section 2 of Appendix G (Determination of Expected & Deemed NEO).
