Examples of Altruist in a sentence

  • If acceptance has been agreed, no obligation to examine shall apply.

  • Should any such event occur, Altruist may rescind or at its own discretion suspend performance for up to six months without incurring any liability for any loss or damages thereby occurred.

  • In addition, the Service Provider shall execute the undertaking for compliance with policies of Altruist with respect to anti-bribery and corruption as annexed herein as Annexure C.

Related to Altruist

  • Enterprises means DTE Enterprises, Inc., a Michigan corporation wholly-owned by the Borrower.

  • Microenterprise means an enterprise which employs fewer than 10 persons and whose annual turnover and/or annual balance sheet total does not exceed EUR 2 million;

  • Academy means the academy named at the beginning of this Disciplinary Policy and Procedure and includes all sites upon which the academy undertaking is, from time to time, being carried out.

  • MOHLTC means the Minister or the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, as the context requires;

  • CFO means an individual who acted as chief financial officer of the Company, or acted in a similar capacity, for any part of the most recently completed financial year;

  • Professional corporation means a corporation incorporated under former 1962 PA 192, or a corporation incorporated under this act and governed by chapter 2A.

  • Ward means an individual for whom a guardian is appointed.

  • School nurse means a registered professional nurse with Maine Department of Education certification for school nursing.

  • Odyssey means Odyssey Trust Company.

  • Sternlight means a white light placed as nearly as practicable at the stern showing an unbroken light over an arc of the horizon of 135 degrees and so fixed as to show the light 67.5 degrees from right aft on each side of the vessel.
