Alternative work hours definition

Alternative work hours shall include scheduled hours Monday through Friday before 8 a.m. or after 5 p.m., or scheduled hours on a Saturday or Sunday. Employees hired before January 1, 1996, may be scheduled to work up to 8 hours per week on an alternative schedule if mutually agreeable to the employer and employee.
