Alternative Provider definition

Alternative Provider means any alternative external service provider selected by Recipient for the provision of services similar to the Services following the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Alternative Provider means private companies and independent sector treatment centres, and
Alternative Provider means the same as that term is defined in Section 23 53G-9-207.
