ALTA Statement definition

ALTA Statement means an ALTA statement in a form satisfactory to the Title Insurer.
ALTA Statement has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 10.2(e). “Act” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 10.8.

  • An executed ALTA Statement in the form required by the Title Insurer.
