ALTA/ACSM Survey definition

ALTA/ACSM Survey means with respect to a Property an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey prepared for and certified to Lender by a registered land surveyor approved by Lender. The ALTA/ACSM Survey shall comply with Lender’s then current survey requirements.
ALTA/ACSM Survey means an ALTA/ACSM survey of the Owned Real Property, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Buyer, Sellers and to the Title Company in order to allow the Title Company issue the Title Policy as required under this Agreement, with the seal of said surveyor affixed thereto, bearing the date upon which the survey was concluded and superimposed upon an aerial photograph of the Owned Real Property. An ALTA/ACSM Survey shall include a full metes and bounds legal description of each Site and shall be certified by said surveyor in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Buyer and Sellers, and certified to each of Buyer, Sellers and the Title Company. An ALTA/ACSM Survey shall be made (i) in accordance withMinimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys,” jointly established and adopted by ALTA and ACSM in 1999 and in conformance with those ALTA/ACSM standards customarily met to the extent required by the Title Company to issue the Title Policy hereunder and include Items 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 (excluding (c) and (d)) and 13 of Table A thereof and (ii) pursuant to the Accuracy Standards (as adopted by ALTA and ACSM and in effect on the date of certification and applicable to an Urban Survey).
ALTA/ACSM Survey a land title survey complying with the current Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, meeting the current accuracy standards jointly adopted by ALTA/ACMS and NSPS and otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Buyer.
