ALTA/ACSM Survey means an ALTA/ACSM survey of the Owned Real Property, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Buyer, Sellers and to the Title Company in order to allow the Title Company issue the Title Policy as required under this Agreement, with the seal of said surveyor affixed thereto, bearing the date upon which the survey was concluded and superimposed upon an aerial photograph of the Owned Real Property.
