Alpha Employee definition

Alpha Employee means each individual who, immediately prior to the Distribution Time, is either actively employed by, or on an approved leave of absence (including short- or long-term disability leave) from, New Alpha or any of its Subsidiaries and whose employment primarily relates to the Alpha Business. The term “Alpha Employee” shall also include any individual designated as an Alpha Employee by mutual agreement of the parties hereto.

Nothing in this rule prevents an employer from requiring employees to share or allocate such tips or gratuities on a pre-established basis among other employees who customarily and regularly receive tips.   • Executive Employee means those employees of the Company of Grade Level 10 or above.

  • Continuing Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a).

  • Other employee means an individual employed by a primary owner who is not authorized to provide proposition player services. “Other employee” does not include any owner, any supervisor, or any officer or director of a primary owner that is a corporation. An individual registered or licensed, as an “other employee” may not function as a player unless and until that individual applies for and obtains registration or licensure as a player.
