Allotted Hours. The hours allowed for continuing education as a part of the CBA. ● Excess Hours: The balance of allotted hours that were not sued from the previous years. ● Available Hours: The balance of total hours (allotted plus excess) less the cost of MS awards on a per hour basis. Available Hours can’t be less than Allotted Hours.
