Allotted Day definition

Allotted Day means a day set aside for the consideration in committee of supply of proposals in respect of the annual and supplementary estimates, as provided by Part XXIII of these Standing Orders;
Allotted Day means a day set aside for the debate on the President’s address to Parliament as provided under Part V of the Standing Orders or the consideration in Committee of Supply of proposals in respect of the Annual and Supplementary Estimates, as provided by Part XXIV of these Standing Orders;
Allotted Day means a day on which the first Government business is the European Union withdrawal motion.

Allotted Day means a day allotted for the consideration in Committee of Ways and Means of proposals in the Financial Statement on the Annual Estimates concerning taxes or duties, or for the consideration in Committee of Supply of proposals in respect of the Annual Estimates, as provided by Part XXI of these Standing Orders;

Related to Allotted Day

  • Disrupted Day means any Scheduled Trading Day on which the Exchange or any Related Exchange fails to open for trading during its regular trading session or on which a Market Disruption Event has occurred.

  • appointed day means the date on which the provisions of this Act shall come into force;

  • Valid Day means a Business Day.

  • Designated Date means the date on which funds are transferred from the Escrow Account to the Public Offer Account or the Refund Account, as appropriate, or the funds blocked by the SCSBs are transferred from the ASBA Accounts to the Public Offer Account, as the case may be, in terms of the Red ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Prospectus and the Prospectus, after the finalisation of the Basis of Allotment in consultation with the Designated Stock Exchange, following which our Board may Allot Equity Shares to successful Bidders in the Offer.

  • Excluded Day shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.1(b).
