Allocated Quantities definition

Allocated Quantities or “Allocation” shall mean the actual quantity of Natural Gas allocated to a Network User by the TSO for (re)delivery at an Connection Point, or through ZTP Trading Service for each hour of a Gas Day, expressed in Kilowatt hour (kWh).
Allocated Quantities or “Allocation” shall mean the quantity of Natural Gas actually (re)delivered by the Grid User at an Interconnection Point, a Domestic Exit Point or through ZTP Trading Service for each hour of a Gas Day, expressed in Kilowatt hour (kWh), in accordance with the Operating Procedures (ACT - attachment C.1).
Allocated Quantities means the quantity of Natural Gas attributed to a Network User by the TSO as an input or an off-take expressed in kWh f or each hour of a Gas Day of Natural Gas a ctually (re)delivered by the Grid User at an Interconnection Point, a Domestic Exit Point or through ZTP Trading Service in accordance with the Operating Procedures (ACT - attachment C.1), for each hour of a G as Day, expressed in Kilowatt hour (kWh).

Examples of Allocated Quantities in a sentence

  • If Allocated Quantities are unavailable in time to prepare the Monthly Bill, such charges shall be based on a Shipper's daily allocations made in accordance with Article 17.1 hereof and Transporter shall provide, in the subsequent Monthly Bill, an adjustment based on any differences between Allocated Quantities and quantities for which Shipper was billed in the prior Monthly Bill.

  • The Transporter shall be required to keep accurate records for a period of at least(2)) inter alia years of the quantities of Gas nominated, Scheduled Quantities and Allocated Quantities of Gas at the respective Delivery and Redelivery Point in accordance with this Code.

  • The difference between the sum of the hourly Allocated Quantities and the Metered Quantities shall be allocated to a balancing account held between the TSO and its Adjacent TSO or any other party.

  • A Shipper's Allocated Quantities will be used by Transporter for purposes of calculating a Shipper's Monthly Bill.

  • Transporter will allocate each Day the total energy allocated by the Common Stream Operator for a Shipper at a Receipt Point, expressed in GJ, in proportion to Shipper's Scheduled Quantities on that Day in accordance with Article 19.4 hereof and apply it to a Shipper's Transportation Service Agreement (" Allocated Energy"), converted to volume, expressed in 103m3, using the actual Gross Heating Value at the Receipt Point ("Allocated Quantities").

  • Transporter will apply a surcharge (" Pipeline Abandonment Surcharge") as set out in Schedule "A" hereto to all Allocated Quantities to collect the costs of pipeline abandonment.

More Definitions of Allocated Quantities

Allocated Quantities means the quantity of energy of Gas allocated to the User in respect of the delivery by or to (as applicable) the User at an Interconnection Point for a Gas Day, expressed in kWh;
Allocated Quantities means the quantity of Natural Gas actually (re)delivered by the Grid User at an Interconnection Point or, a Domestic Exit Point or through a Hub Service in accordance with section 5 of the Operating Procedures (ACT - Attachmentattachment C.1), for each hour of a Gas Day, expressed in Kilowatt hour per hour (kWh).

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • PRICED SCHEDULE OR QUANTITIES means the schedule duly priced.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Quantity means either tonnage or volume, depending on which term is the standard in the mining industry for the type of mineral;

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Small quantity generator means a generator who generates less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste in a calendar month.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Base Capacity Demand Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Demand Resources and Base Capacity Energy Efficiency Resources and the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Base Capacity Resources or Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Demand Resource Constraint is binding.

  • MMBtu means one million British thermal units.

  • Supply Period means for a Supply Point, the period beginning on the Start Date and ending on the Termination Date;

  • plant products means products of plant origin, unprocessed or having undergone simple preparation in so far as these are not plants, set out in Annex IV-A, Part 3 to this Agreement;

  • Condensate means hydrocarbon liquid separated from natural gas which condenses due to changes in the temperature or pressure and remains liquid at standard conditions.

  • Dedicated Transport means CenturyLink transmission facilities between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink, or between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink and switches owned by CLEC, including, but not limited to, DS1, DS3, and OCn-capacity level services, as well as Dark Fiber, dedicated to a particular End User Customer or carrier.

  • Spent fuel means any fuel element or fuel component, solid or liquid, which has been used or exposed to radiation in a nuclear reactor;

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;
