Alliqua Common Stock definition

Alliqua Common Stock means the common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of Alliqua.

  • For Record Holders who own Alliqua Common Stock through a broker or other nominee, their AquaMed Shares will be credited to their respective accounts by such broker or nominee.

  • Upon conversion thereof in accordance with this Section 3.06, all shares of Alliqua Common Stock shall no longer be outstanding and shall cease to exist, and each holder of a certificate representing any such shares of Alliqua Common Stock shall cease to have any rights with respect to such shares of Alliqua Common Stock.
